Business Application Specialist - Yardi SPOC

The Business Application Specialist will be responsible for managing and supporting Yardi as the SPOC. This role involves working closely with multiple departments to optimize the use and to improve business processes.

What you will do:

  • SPOC Approvals
  • Weekly calls with Yardi to discuss regular maintenance and errors or open tickets
  • Market rate imports on an annual basis including Level of Care edits, code additions, and rate increase batches and letters
  • Help with tasks when Sagora takes on new communities including Y:Y Transitions, ETL Import Files, and EHR setup for communities (zones, team member positions, shifts, EMAR packages, mapping from previous EHR, assigning assessments, and level of care recommendations)
  • EHR – support questions, pharmacy integration projects, training with Yardi EHR Specialist, Memory Care Assessment Project

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience working with Yardi or other property management
  • Clinical EHR experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
