Assistant Project Manager

The Assistant Project Manager will work with our communities to execute plans for renovation projects, coordinating between various departments and vendors to ensure timeliness, quality, and compliance of final products.

Position Details:

  • Location: Home Office – travels to communities as needed, less than 25%
  • Downtown Fort Worth, TX
  • Community details: www.sagora.com
  • Status: Full Time
  • Shift/hours: Monday - Friday 8a-5p, available after hours as needed
  • Work from home (remote) Mondays and Fridays
  • Work in office Tues, Wed, Thurs


What does an Assistant Project Manager at Sagora do?

  • Manage project timelines for renovations and repairs at communities
  • Supports regional specialist and home office team
  • Initiate and coordinate bid process
  • Maintain communication with subcontractors to completion date
  • Provide assistance with outstanding items needing coordination from other parties
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory agencies and voice concerns to initiate resolutions
  • Resolve outstanding issues and provide answers to operations team as needed


What does it take to be an Assistant Project Manager?

  • Minimum 1 year experience in similar role
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of building operations, including Life Safety regulations, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
